Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following policies before booking: ✨ 1. Cancellation Notice A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ ✨ 2. Deposit Policy All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your remaining balance at the time of service. ⸻ ✨ 3. Rescheduling Policy • Each client is allowed one reschedule per month. • Rescheduling must be done within the same week of your original appointment. • If no appointment slots are available that week, a one-time client-to-client switch the following week may be possible. • When a reschedule is approved, your deposit will transfer to the new date. • If a reschedule is not possible, the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee, and you will be placed on the waiting list. • A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment. ⸻ ✨ 4. Same-Day Cancellations Same-day cancellations result in loss of deposit and may require paying the remaining balance, depending on the circumstances. Only life-or-death emergencies will be considered for exceptions. A new deposit is required to book again. ⸻ ✨ 5. No-Show Policy A no-show results in: • Full forfeiture of your deposit • Permanent restriction from booking future appointments
